By right clicking on the ClipMagic icon in the system tray, the following menu is displayed :

Show ClipMagic

Show or hide the ClipMagic window.

Capture On

Toggle clip capture on and off. Same as
Capture On on the Tools menu.

MagicPaste On

Toggle MagicPaste on and off. See :
MagicPaste On.

Options

Display the
Options dialog.

Set Default Category

A quick way to change the default category. Select a category from the resulting menu by double clicking on the chosen category.

Capture Screen

Capture the entire screen to an image clip. See:
Capture Screen.

Capture Screen Area

Capture a portion of the screen. See
Capture Screen Area.

Exit ClipMagic

Terminate ClipMagic.

Move Last Clip

The second from last option ('Move Last Clip') allows you to quickly move the last item you copied to the clipboard into any category. When you select this option a further pop up is displayed showing all the categories. Double click on any category to have the last item moved straight into that category.


Copy Clip

Displays another menu containing the recent clips. The number of clips shown depends on the value entered in the
options dialog. Click on one of the items to have it copied back to the clipboard. This is a very convenient way to paste a number of items back into another application.
